BANKING RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS – Ditch the KPI culture and restricted desk and join the industry’s best place to work! The fabulous Brighton branch of this large independent recruitment firm now seeks a Senior Recruitment Consultant to take over a well-established desk placing banking professionals in the City.

Working with predominantly SME clients you won’t be caught up in low fee PSL accounts, instead you will be working with firms that appreciate the value that an expert Recruiter can offer. You will be working to min 20% terms / 30% margins and will be working with contacts that allow you to deal directly with Hiring Managers and actually consult and advise throughout the recruitment process.

Whether you wish to manage this desk as a dual desk or would prefer to just focus on contract or perm – either option is available to you. What is required is a good understanding of either finance or financial services recruitment, a real commitment to delivering best in class service and genuine ambition to be the best at what you do.

In return you can expect:

Salary £33,600 – £48,000(depending on experience)
Commission on ALL Fees (10% to 40%)
Zero threshold
