This quality inspector role is very much suited to individuals who thrive on being in the thick of the shop floor, keen eye for detail and a drive for looking at processes and improvements.

The Client & Role | Who Are They?

SME sized manufacturing and engineering business based in Bolton, just north of Manchester off the M61 are looking for a quality inspector. This is a great opportunity to work for a growing business, part of a global group, which prides itself on quality and right first time.

Purpose of the Role

Assist, as and when required, with contract review, product testing, measurement, and inspection in accordance with standard procedures, to verify product standards meet customer specifications.

You will be heavily involved with identifying potential product / process nonconformity and aid in gathering data to establish root cause of the problem through liaising with internal / external interested parties.

The Candidate | What Are We Looking For?

To be in with a shout you must have experience of working with CMM machines- desirable is PC-DMIS software but others considered. Experience of ISO9001:2015 and AS9100 standards advantageous along with first article inspection reports.
