Senior Building Surveyor

Salary: £42,000 – £66,000 per year

Senior Building Surveyor – new opportunity with a multi disciplinary consultancy in the west midlands.

We’re looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join the Building Consultancy team of a leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy. For this role we are looking for either a chartered Building Surveyor or a Senior Surveyor qualified by experience, ideally from a consultancy / private practice background. Certainly you must be comfortable in a client facing role.

You will work closely with the team on a wide range of projects which include Education, industrial and commercial schemes with contract values up to around £5 million, working for interesting clients including motor manufacturers, aerospace manufacturers, Schools / Universities, contractors and developers etc. Whilst the role will ultimately include all aspects of building surveying there is more of a bias towards project work / contract administration.
