Building Surveyor – Commercial and Corporate Building Repairs

My Client is a large Principle Contractor that specialises in working with local authorities on Building Maintenance Schemes, Asset Management Programmes and Facilities Management Contracts.

At present they require an experienced Building Surveyor to join the team based in Chesterfield on an initial 6 month contract. Reporting to the Head of Surveying you will be responsible for carrying out surveys to public corporate buildings such as Libraries, Town Halls and Colleges to assess the stock condition in relation to repairs. Suitable candidates must have a formal qualification in a relevant field, previous demosntrable experience of workig within a non housing environment and a full driving license.
