The Role

You will be involved within the full 360 recruitment cycle within the Executive Search Recruitment Process of Head Masters / Senior Public Services personnel. With the candidate cycle this will include relationship building, competency based interviewing, and offer management. Attention to detail is very important as the majority of placements typically involve international relocations. With the client cycle you will be involved in client meetings, taking job briefs, expectation management, rate and package negotiations. You will have the support of a research team to assist with your assignments.

Your Profile

Executive Search Consultant – Public Sector Interim Recruitment.

You will be a Graduate or Graduate Calibre Candidate who is articulate and professional with good cultural awareness. You will have a minimum of two years’ recruitment experience within an executive search recruitment consultancy.
