Head of Digital & CRM – Exciting New Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Head of Digital and CRM. Based in Hertfordshire this is an exciting opportunity which will see you responsible for devising online and CRM strategy to drive traffic to our clients website, ensuring they are at the forefront of digital marketing.

Key responsibilities;

•Accountable for the creation and execution of the UK Digital plan to drive traffic
•Full budget responsibility and ROI reporting for all Digital and CRM marketing activities
•Plan, brief and manage buying of online media
•Design CRM business plans
•Identify opportunities to ensure all activity is targeted effectively and demonstrates a strong ROI
•Lead and oversee the social media strategy
•Liaise with the SEO and PPC teams to agree spend
•Lead, coach and motivate team to be creative, challenging and results driven

Skills required;

•A passion for brand awareness is essential
•Digital marketing experience with excellent knowledge of social media and display advertising
•Previous experience developing successful ECRM programme
•Ability to analyse complex data
•Previous experience managed SEO/PPC
•Budget management
•Agency management and media buying

The successful candidate will have excellent problem solving, leadership skills and responsible for 4 direct reports.

This role reports directly the Marketing Director. It is expected that you will have a proven Online Marketing Experience at Senior Management level and preferably from a fast paced, forward thinking environment.

Our client strives to think of creative and innovative new marketing strategies and we require a candidate who can really rise to this challenge.

Salary is £78,000 – £90,000per annum depending on experience.
