Salary: £30,000 per year

Office Administrator London
9:00am – 18:00pm Monday to Friday
£30,000 Per Annum

The successful candidate will be articulate, impeccably presented and professional but most of all driven and focused on building a successful career in estate agency.

You will have previous experience with well respected estate agents in the London area and have a background in management of both sales and lettings teams.

The successful candidate will already be in a similar role but will want to make a final move to a market leader to forge a career and grow with the firm.

Responsibilities include:
*Telephone reception, taking messages, directing enquiries
*Dealing with clients both face to face and over the telephone
*Maintaining property files
*Preparing property details; co-ordinating floor plans, photography, brochure production and EPCs
*Updating the website and checking other portals
*Database management
*Diary management
*Updating Sales and Lettings Lists
*Dealing with email correspondence on a daily basis
*General office duties including photocopying, filing, stationary orders and opening and distribution of post
*Liaising with other offices with property information and updates

*Strong administrative ability and organisational skills
*Ability to prioritise own workload, work to deadlines and work in a team environment
*Ability to cope with a high-volume workload and multi-task
*Flexible and adaptable working nature
*Attention to detail and methodical approach
*Strong customer service attitude
*Quick learner and motivated
*Excellent IT skills; knowledge of MS packages including Outlook and Word
*An exceptional customer focus and high quality service to both internal and external customers.
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
*Must be able to work in a team environment.
*Can demonstrate commitment, loyalty and an ability to work as an enthusiastic team member.
*Good knowledge on MS office word, excel and power point.
*Proactive and who can work on their own initiative.
