Siamo Recruitment are currently looking for an Office Administrator on a permanent basis, working on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity based in the County of of Denbighshire, with occasional travel required in the North Wales area.
This role requires an individual who is experienced with Administration duties and able to prioritise work effectively. Working as part of a dedicated Administration team, the successful applicant will be working with a variety of clients, providing service information and relevant advice. Due to the travel involved in the position, the ideal candidate will have a Driving License and access to their own vehicle.
Salary: £19,800 per annum
The Role:
– Providing Administration support to a small team across multiple offices
– Preparing and sending documentation and paperwork to external clients
– Using Microsoft Office and IT systems on a daily basis
– Assisting with processing and updating client information
– Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence via telephone and email
– Arranging and attending in-person meetings to discuss client needs
The Ideal Candidate:
– Experience in a previous Administration or Office-based role
– Proficiency with IT, using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook
– Able to work well within a small team, and on your own initiative
– Personable and friendly attitude
– Welsh speaking is beneficial but not essential
