M&E Maintenance Supervisor

Currently seeking a Site Supervisor to work for a leading service provider looking after a large corporate site in South East London. They are offering a salary of £45,600 – £50,400based on experience and fantastic opportunities to develop and progress within the industry.

Job Role:

You will be required to work Monday to Friday, 40 hour week and have strong management skills as well as engineering abilities to lead from the front.

Relevant work experience includes but is not limited to;

– Permits, sub contractor management
– PPM’s
– FCU’s
– Log book keeping, RAMS, ACoP
– 3 Phase power supply
– AHU’s
– Boilers
– Water treatments

This is a permanent position on a leading contract where you will be joining an established team.

The successful candidate MUST have:
– Excellent IT skills
– A time served electrical/mechanical apprenticeship
– Electrically trained with at least 5 years experience in the building services trade
– Experience working in a corporate or business critical environment
– Must have 17th edition
– 2391 is preferred yet not essential
– Experience supervising a team of 3 + engineers.
– Must be well presented with good interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role
