We are working with an education provider in the Tyne & Wear area who are looking for a full-time and permanent Electrical Engineering Lecturer to join their team.

The successful candidate would be based in the education provider’s Engineering department, and would be tasked with teaching on their Electrical Engineering courses (up to level 4/5). The teaching will be both classroom-based and lab-based, and you would have to cover things like Electrical Principles, Electronics, and Motor Control.

The starting salary for this position is up to £43,800 per annum, which would also include a teacher’s pension, in-house training, and a holiday allowance of 43 days (plus Bank Holidays and efficiency days).

To be eligible for the position, you MUST have:
-A level 4 Electrical qualification (HND or higher)
-Good knowledge of Electrical Principles
-A teaching qualification
-Previous experience of delivering on the Electrical Engineering BTEC or HNC
