Advertising Assistant

Bailey Finch Associates are delighted to assist our client with the role of Advertising Assistant within their business.

The role will involve:

• Ensure that the production of weekly press advertising. This will include coordinating all products, briefing in the creative agency, working with the media planner and ensuring internal sign off
• Working directly with the media agency pull together plans to support new branches. Once plans have been signed off ensure all activity is briefed in to the creative agency and signed off once completed whilst ensuring all delivery happens by the required deadline and to budget
• Ensure the smooth running of photoshoots by coordinating products, scheduling and producing the creative brief
• Develop internal communications to support key activity and advertising initiatives. This may including weekly activity as well as project specifics like new store openings etc
• Provide support in the creation of product brochures, working with both internal audiences and agencies
• Support relevant projects throughout the business and department which may arise from time to time
• Comply with all other reasonable requests made by Directors, Head of Department and Senior management
• Ensure activities meet and comply with organisational and legal requirements for health and safety and general duty of care

Skills & Attributes Required:

• Highly creative with the ability to deliver within specified guidelines. Both orally and visually creative
• Un-phased by high pressure organisations with a fast turnaround of activity
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Planning and coordination skills are essential
• Attention to detail
• Experience of working within teams
