Key Responsibilities
Risk and Dependency Lead/Project Manager/PMO – Earn £516 per day plus benefits (PAYE) or £557 per day (LTD)
Drive Programme value with the identification of root cause analysis and resulting continuous process improvement for Risk Management & Dependency Management processes.
Accountable for the setup and management of the required Risk & Dependency Management Governance Forums. Manages the Risk & Dependency Review Boards and drives the quality of Risk & Dependency management across GLOBAL ERP.
Liaison across the GLOBAL ERP Leadership Team, Senior Stakeholders and Programme to ensure adherence to process.
Prepare reports and presentations for Governance Meetings, Stakeholders etc. and drive PMO process KPI reporting for PMO process owners – analyse information and assert messages with work streams to drive behaviour/quality.
Responsible for the Cross ERP Programme Risk & Dependency Reporting.
Monitor effectiveness and identify process enhancements to drive improvement across the PMO and the ERP Programme where required
Maintain PMO processes and supporting documentation as required, with planned releases to reflect continuous process improvement
Provide relevant support, guidance, direction, training and advice to the PMO team and Programme for the identification and management of Risks & Dependencies.
Support other audit and compliance activities as required, e.g. Quality, Risk & Compliance reviews
Qualifications/Experience:
Essential:
Previous experience of IT project lifecycle
Integrated change management skills, in particular the ability to deliver a credible/feasible integrated change management plans
Proven ability to apply programme controls and metrics
Proven ability to manage inter and intra project dependenciesDesirable:
Ability to conceptualise complex problems and propose simple low risk solutions
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Planning tools: MS Project, Project Server
Facilitation and coaching skills
Influencing skills
MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel
