My client is looking for several Help desk advisors for a new hybrid role working two days in the office and three days remote. The Primary role is to provide customer support and helpdesk 1st line resolution to their customers. You will support their customers with all of their ensuring issues to a satisfactory resolution, either by a successful outcome or by being escalated to 2nd line resolution.

They are looking for someone who is passionate and committed to deliver excellent customer service and achieving successful outcomes. Someone who can take ownership with a can-do attitude and the ability to problem solve to develop and deliver timely solutions is critical to this role

Requirements of the role

* Receive inbound calls from existing customers

* Build excellent relationships with each customer, whilst establishing customers need

* Maintain detailed notes

* Maintain a friendly professional telephone manner

* To maintain a high degree of customer services for all support queries and adhere to all help desk principles

* Assist Service Desk Analyst in providing 2nd line support when workloads are high

* Demonstrated ability to understand and meet customer needs

At the moment all work is remote, however they will be returning to the office within a hybrid capacity two day per week.
