As part of their ongoing growth and evolution, Dyson are transitioning the Digital IT delivery from Group Marketing into IT, part of which is to recruit a strong Digital IT Manager.

As a Digital IT Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a roadmap of digital projects and change requests, and ensuring the high quality support and availability of Dyson’s global websites. Joining the company at an exciting time, you’ll have the opportunity to shape Dyson’s new digital IT organisation and the way that it operates.

Leading the Digital IT Team, you’ll oversee performance and delivery quality and ensure that robust standards and methodologies are implemented and adhered to. Shaping and delivering the digital IT roadmap, you’ll ensure that all projects and change requests are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest possible quality.

So is this the role for you? To be considered for this opportunity, you should have:

– Experience in a digital IT management role with a consumer-facing brand
– Experience of delivering and managing CMS solutions in an environment that splits the responsibility for technology and content
– A proven track record of delivering responsive web solutions across desktop and mobile environments
– Experience of integrating web eCommerce solutions with back-end CRM and ERP solutions
– Familiarity of technical requirements of Internet marketing, Search Engine Optimisation, web security vulnerabilities and risk management, consumer privacy and industry compliance
– Experience of managing hosted and outsourced IT solutions, and suppliers
– Previous experience of managing web application development
– Familiarity with multiple software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
