Educated with a relevant professional qualification you will work with the Older Persons Service Manager in leading staff within the service through a period of exciting change. You will be responsible for delivering aspirational standards of accommodation and intensive housing management services. You must possess knowledge and understanding of current best practice in older persons accommodation services provision.

You will be delivering high quality services for their older more vulnerable customers, alongside developing and guiding the staff team. They are looking for a Senior Sheltered Scheme Officer to support a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the service, actively working with customers, staff, families and stakeholders to help shape the services to achieve the vision.

You will be able to demonstrate a track record in delivering housing management and support to vulnerable customers with a clear understanding of current best practice in services and accommodation for older persons. You will have great communication and interpersonal skills and a passion for this specialist area of their work.

Working with key internal and external partners you will help to lead this busy team to deliver Intensive housing management support which will align with the other services they provide.

The successful candidate will have a higher level education (post A level) or equivalent through relevant training/experience. You will play a key role as part of the their Housing and Neighbourhoods Services team during this dynamic and fast changing period in their history.
