Salary: £61,654 – £75,205 per year

Joining the Operations & Maintenance Team in this leading role, at the early stages of development, will give the successful candidate a fantastic opportunity to help shape and implement the O&M Strategy and face the challenges of taking the site into Operations from Construction.

The Production Manager will play a senior role in assisting the Operations Manager in developing and implementing the O&M (Operations & Maintenance) Strategy for the 219MW Humber Gateway Offshore Wind Farm and for managing the transition into operations.

Following handover, manage the day-to-day site activities, to ensure the asset is operated & maintained in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner, maximising the commercial value within compliant requirements.

Here is what you will be doing as a Production Manager
Play a lead part in supporting the Operations Manager and representing them in day to day on site activities.

Managing an operating budget, income stream and EBITDA (earnings before tax & depreciation amortisation) position.

Be prepared and willing to respond to business needs in an emergency, working within a team environment, at all times working within the EC&R (E.ON Climate & Renewables) business strategic, financial and policy.

Here is what you will need as a Production Manager

A suitable engineering degree or equivalent, plus knowledge and experience of wind farm assets.

*A passion for Health and Safety and an extensive understanding of HSSE legislation and standards and have a NEBOSH (National Exam Board in Occupational Safety & Health) qualification.

*Leadership qualities and a track record of leading a multi-disciplined team.

*A proven background in operations and a record of initiating and delivering business improvements.

*Influencing and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective working relationships.

*Solid planning and organising skills to include effective prioritisation and resource management.

Any additional information

During the Operational Phase, the role will be based at the Humber Gateway O&M Facilities, currently under construction.
Within this role there is a requirement to travel to both on-shore and off-shore.
