Onsite Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £28,800 – £31,200 per year

Everest People Solutions has an exciting new opportunity to work on behalf of well-established client in Coventry as an Onsite Coordinator

We are looking for someone with experience in working as an onsite coordinator in the recruitment industry and preferably with experience of food manufacturing with strict food safety procedures is highly desirable as well as the ability to manage the end to end process of candidate resourcing and daily order fulfilment.

Days of work: 5 from 7 days per week.

Hours of work: Flexibility is required.

Location: Coventry

Salary: £24,000 to £26,000 depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• To ensure candidates sourced are suitable for the role.
• To source local candidates via approved marketing methods.
• To register and induct new employees into the business in line with agreed process.
• To service daily orders in line with an agreed SLA.
• To ensure all EPS onsite colleagues are paid accurately and on time.
• To ensure that relevant internal and external reports are complete and accurate.
• To build strong working partnerships with the customer.

Essential Skills:

• Excellent Microsoft Office and Google IT skills
• Good customer service, organisational and planning skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills, positive and friendly nature
• A proactive approach to problem-solving both client and worker issues.

EPS is looking for a strong team player who is flexible in their approach to the working hours and demands of a well-established food manufacturer to meet the client requirements. You must be able to work under pressure to tight timescale whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail self-motivated with a flexible and adaptable “can do” attitude to succeed
