A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a great company based near Sunbury for a Ocean Export Manager/Export Forwarding Manager/Logistics Manager. This Great company is looking for a experienced Ocean Export Manager/Export Forwarding Manager/Logistics Manager who has experience in an operations environment as well as a minimum of 3 years ocean export. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who speaks fluently in English and can ensure timely and accurate movement of freight and can liaise with customers and employees at all levels.

Deal with all Customer Service issues and Vendor Relations
Ensure Continuous Business and Systems Development
Build a strong forwarding-based clientele to ensure market position and recognition
Ensure all accounting, billing is accurate as well as maintaining account reports
Sales and Retention
Lead Branch Ocean Forwarding sales effort
Adhere to Procedure and Productivity Standards
Manage and keep to budgetary guidelines
Personnel Management and Development of the team
Build and mentor a team to ensure smooth operation
Self DevelopmentIdeal Candidate for the position of the Ocean Export Manager/Export Forwarding Manager/Logistics Manager
Understanding of Ocean documentation process and procedures
Hold a Hazardous Materials Certificate
Clear communicator and able to listen, comprehend to obtain positive results
Ability to work under pressure in a fast moving environment whilst maintaining accuracy
Substantial experience in a Ocean Freight Forwarding position
