In this Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant | TA post you will be working in different functions across the whole school and you will be guiding EAL pupils through the curriculum. As a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant | TA you will be working under the mentorship of a seasoned Outstanding Teacher and demonstrating your aptness for a School Direct placement. You will provide personalised support to pupils for certain elements of the curriculum in small groups or on an one to one basis. To ensure you are settled, you will be communicating frequently with the Senior Leadership Team so both you and your pupils are getting the most out of your placement. In general, you will be signing up to a comprehensive CPD plan that has be especially created to allow those new to teaching to get to grips with their new role.
