Dental Practice Area Manager

Salary: £38,400 – £43,200 per year

My client is a group of dental practices across the south east and south west of England, they are a professional, well run, well established group of dental practices. They make sure that every one of their 16 dental practices are modern, friendly, and fully digital with all up to date equipment. They have a low staff turnover and the group of dental practices pride themselves on giving the patient a professional service they WILL tell their friends about… unlike a lot of dental practice groups out there.

Due to expansion they are recruiting for a dental area manager, you will be:-

* Running primarily their 4 dental practices in the Weston Super Mare to Bristol region and also keeping an eye on their 3 practices in Devon and Cornwall over the phone

* Splitting your time between the 4 dental practices and making sure the practice managers are working well and compliant with CQC guidelines

* Helping with recruitment for managerial staff when needed

* Very occasionally staying away for the night if needed when visiting the south Devon practices – this is very occasionally

Preferred Skills / Background

* Be living within travelling distance to the dental practices to the 4 dental practices around the weston super mare to Bristol area

* You need experience working as a multi practice manager or area manager within the dental sector as they are looking for someone to hit the ground running

* Great attention to details is a must as well as knowledge on how a dental practice is run properly
