Salary: £26,000 per year
On behalf of our client based in Worthing we are now recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor. To work full time 5 days a week. You will be required to work every weekend and you will have Thursday and Friday off.
To be the first point of contact with the suppliers, customers and consumers of their Brand. To present the company in a professional but friendly manner and make a genuine commitment to always exceed their expectations.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities / Duties
1. Taking all incoming telephone calls into the business and directing all business to business calls to the correct destination.
2. To Make all required outbound calls to resolve customer queries/complaints and store issues.
3. Assisting stores seeking all types of help with the brands Rental Programme.
4. Advising consumers where to locate their nearest stockist.
5. Dealing with customer complaints in a timely fashion from time of notification to resolution (case ownership)
6. Distribution of incoming and out-going mail correspondence.
7. Participate in the execution of customer and consumer surveying as required.
8. Assist with mailshots as required.
9. Maintain and update the breakdown database. Completing and collating all relative paperwork.
10. Participate in and assist with all Team related issues.

Specific Job Skills: First class communication skills especially when using the phone. Able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. Excellent time management skills.
Computer skills: Preferably a competent user of MS Office, Excel & Word. Also have an understanding of Internet and email.
Literacy and Numeracy: Able to construct professional written responses to customer enquiries / complaints. Able to understand and prepare manual invoices when necessary.
Business and Selling Skills: Be able to represent and sell the service offered to existing and potential customers by phone therefore encouraging new and continued use of our services.
Management Ability: None required, however any previous experience of motivating a team or individuals is always welcome.
