Brand and Bid Designer

Salary: £48,000 per year

Brand and Bid Designer | to £40,000 + bens | City of London | Fit Out & Interiors | Permanent

We are currently looking for a highly accomplished Graphic Designer to take the role of Brand and Bid Manager within this well-established traditional fit out contractor.

The Bid Designer will be tasked with creating high impact graphics and proposal images that can be incorporated and contribute towards the production of winning proposals. Operating as an integral part of the bid/proposal team, the Bid / Brand Designer will help to ensure all documentation or / and media received by clients and customers is of the highest standard and visual impact.

The post holder will find themselves working on a number of different projects across healthcare, commercial, residential and hospitality to name but a few.

Brand and Bid Designer – key responsibilities:

• Support the bid and proposal team in the production of customer facing documentation
• Ensure compliance with required proposal deliverables.
• Create and manage a range of document and presentation templates.
• Work with pre con division to turn written, numerical and existing content into compelling graphical representations.
• Work with a range of software and design tools to create graphical output that can be incorporated in tender documents and accompanying materials such as CDs, brochures, document wallets, delivery cartons, websites, and other media as specified / required by the client.
• Produce proposal graphics for use both in electronic and hard copy materials.
• Work in a deadline-orientated environment without compromising artistic creativity.

Brand and Bid Designer – qualifications, skills and experience:

• Background in a Graphic Designer capacity, used to taking briefs and working to strict deadlines
• Ability to work under initiative and as part of a wider team
• Proven knowledge of desktop publishing software such as Photoshop, Acrobat, InDesign, Corel and Microsoft Office suite
• Experience of working collaboratively with a divers and multi-disciplinary team
• Proven skills in producing proposal content
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
