Inbound Customer Service Advisor

Our client is looking for Customer Service agents with call centre experience handle Inbound calls on multiple campaigns and processing product orders.

Skills / Key duties include:

•Previous customer services experience

•Experience in call centre inbound work

•Capacity to handle difficult customers

•Capacity to recognise and pursue a sales opportunities if the campaign is of a sales nature.

•Inbound Telephone Experience

•Excellent Communication Skills

•Good Command of the English Language, both

Spoken and written.

The role will suit somebody looking for full time position with previous experience in Call Centre customer and service/sales roles. In return a successful applicant will receive an excellent hourly rate, great training whilst working in a fun and lively working environment.
