Creative Studio Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small but busy design studio. To collaborate on projects with marketing and other departments and delegate tasks accordingly.

Duties/Responsibilities include:

Manage work flow, hold weekly meetings with the marketing team, communicate priorities and workload.
Collaborate with other departments and give support and guidance on creative required.
Review all job briefs and manage accordingly across the team.
Manage approval process and reviews.
Guide colleagues on the brand guidelines.
Create innovative designs, drfts and presentations.To provide lead creative design for all marketing material and business requirements including:

Retail initiatives e.g. Introduce a friend, price match, quality refurbished products.
National campaigns including window signage, store signage and online banners.
Local marketing campaigns weekly/monthly to include posters, leaflets and flyers
New store launches to include vouchers, leaflets and posters.
Catalogue (100+ pages) and seasonal catalogue (12-24 pages).

Skills/experience required:

Excellent experience in Adobe Creative Suite, predominantly Indesign and Illustrator.
Competent understanding of production processes.
