Creative Services Manager

My Client, a Global Brand Services agency is currently looking to hire a knowledgeable Digitally-focussed Creative Services Lead for their team in Chester.

The Role:

The Creative Services Lead is responsible for managing collaborative projects, leading all phases of the creative process for internal and external client communication, as well as establishing design direction and guidelines. This is a hands-on position that requires both thought leadership and strong contribution to creative projects on a daily basis, together with a strong understanding of the agency’s offering and latest work across the client base.
• To provide an exceptional understanding and capability across all marketing channels that will enable the delivery of high class creative
• To master the Client’s brief first-hand and be able to visually articulate their requirements when briefing into creative team
• To provide skilled and technically competent input and support on all aspects of digital design and artwork production
• Act as a design consultant and brand guardian to ensure consistent delivery of creative, tone of voice and brand
• To use excellent design and artwork understanding plus a sufficient knowledge to effectively troubleshoot and resolve design, artwork, digital and print fulfillment challenges across a variety of media

You will have:

• Ability to think strategically, creatively and support the delivery of marketable solutions in conceiving, developing, and producing campaigns
• Interact with Senior Clients with confidence and self-assurance
• Solid understanding and appreciation for the distinction between creative expression and business objectives
• Fully experienced within a commercial studio production environment
• Good working reprographics print and digital knowledge gained through the industry
• Exceptional understanding of Apple Mac skills and a thorough understanding of all industry software applications, including; Adobe Creative Suite, Flash, InDesign, Illustrator, HTML 5. Photoshop plus web design experience would be an advantage
• Good knowledge of artwork building techniques suitable for repro, print and digital, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail
