Our client has been established for almost 30 years and specialise in metal finishing solutions for a diverse range of applications. As a result of continued success and an ongoing programme of strategic growth, they are now seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, self-motivated and intelligent Junior Manufacturing professional to complement their highly successful team and embark on an exciting training and development programme to become a Production Manager of the future.

Tasked with learning all areas of the business through a structured and varied training schedule, the successful candidate will gain exposure to all facets of the organisation from undertaking hands on production activities to working in the planning, quality and sales functions within the business, following in the ranks of others who have successfully completed the same training programme and now hold senior positions across the business.

Whilst dedicated powder coating sector experience is not required, it is envisaged that you will be realistically qualified to degree level or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline, and essentially will have completed at least 2 years post academic commercial experience ideally gained within an engineering, manufacturing or technical environment.
