A fantastic opportunity is available working for a well known client within their Industry. My client is looking for a strong Data Administrator/PA supporting the senior management team. Ideally you will have experience working in a regulated environment, where you will have excellent organisation skill and be able to work in a busy environment,
Carry out administrative and secretarial tasks for the R&D Department including answering telephone, organising meetings
Assisting with on-boarding, travel, invoices, documenting training records, other general administrative tasks.
Responsible for managing purchase requisitions for R&D.
Under the instructions of R&D associate management of the purchase orders for R&D. operating unit.
First contact point within department for all incoming calls and correspondence, managing the medical affairs inbox.
Responsible for responding to straightforward medical information enquires by reference to approved FAQs. Forward all other enquires to Medical Affairs Officer(s).
Data entry of medical information enquires into CRTS (Consumer Relations Tracking System).
Printing off in full DRA notifications from the Medical Affairs Inbox and producing a word document describing the SPC changes to the Medical Affairs Associate(s) to upload into EMC.
Carry out other tasks as agreed to support the upkeep of the Medical Affairs infrastructure and systems (e.g. maintain the publications database).
Responsible for filing (hard copy and electronic) of regulatory submissions.
Responsible for maintaining a product licence list for R&D
As required preparation and submission of simple regulatory submissions under instructions from DRA associates.
Administrative support in the maintenance of regulatory databases (e.g. Register)
Maintenance of WDL (Wholesale Dealers Licence) and MIA (Manufacturing Import Authorisation Licence)
Professional competencies (knowledge, skills & abilities)
Good Keyboard skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office. Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes, Microsoft Outlook
Competency in oral and written communication skills
Ability to be able to review existing processes and introduce new processes
