Job Title: POS/POP Business Development

Location: External sales in the UK – some days required at the Leicester Office

Description: Develop and grow sales of Point of Sale Displays, POP Displays, Retail Displays, Store Fixtures & Visual Merchandising

The client is a fast growing, progressive business with extensive experience within the Display, Exhibition and POS sectors. They are looking to further diversify their range and market to include creative POP retail solutions in addition to our wide scope of stocked products.

This vacancy requires a candidate with extensive market contacts, experience and a strong background within the Point of Sale, POP, Retail Display, Store Fixture and Visual Merchandising service sectors. This will include knowledge of design, development, manufacturing and delivering of involved projects.

More specifically;
· You will have a successful track record in Sales and Business Development and enjoy the challenges of developing new markets and channels
· You are an self motivated, engaging communicator and presenter who can develop a rapport with people at all levels
· You have the ability to put together business proposals and deliver them with confidence and creativity.
· You have the ability to prospect and cold call and to be held accountable for achieving sales targets and business goals.
· You will have strong written and verbal skills coupled with an ability to develop, take a brief and communicate it to the wider team.
· You must be able to demonstrate sound commercial acumen, a successful track record in managing work in progress and consistently meeting sales and profit targets.
