Senior Sales Executive required in Poole, Dorset

£40,000+ OTE + Company car + Benefits

Our client, a motor trade main car dealership in Poole has a vacancy for a Senior Sales Executive to join their sales team. They are looking for somebody with main car dealer experience, either an experienced controller / BM or somebody with strong Senior Sales experience who is a big hitter and high achiever.

As an experienced, driven and enthusiastic automotive car senior sales executive within the industry you will be responsible for overseeing the full sales process from meet & greet right through to handover. The Sales Executives are all FCA Accredited however you will be responsible for signing all finance documents as well as stacking deals.

Candidates must have experience and a proven track record in motivating and supervising a team of sales executives, with the ability to deal with all issues that may arise within a busy sales department.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful dealer group. To be considered for the above vacancy candidates must have a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in the industry and be a high achiever

Candidates must have excellent customer skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
