Associate Building Surveyor

Salary: £78,000 – £90,000 per year

An International Property Consultancy are now seeking an Associate Building Surveyor to join their close-knit team in Mayfair.

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will preferably have a professional focused background with experience in technical due diligence and dilapidations. You’ll carry on a 75%-25% professional to project split working alongside Corporate Occupiers, Private Investors and some of London’s Landed Estates, this is an incredibly rare opportunity for an Associate Building Surveyor to join a team who pride themselves on developing their team internally meaning future growth is uncapped

This role will include carrying out the full-remit of traditional Building Surveying works whilst also acting as a vocal point for more junior members of the team. If you have an interest in managing a team in the future, you will have the opportunity and support from managers to do so.

The Successful Associate Building Surveyor

• Minimum 3 years Private Practice/Consultancy experience
• in dealing with Professional Building Surveying matters
• Experience in mentoring graduate/assistant Building Surveyors will be preferred
• BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
• Have ambition and be self-motivated
• Be patient and supportive of junior staff members
• Confident and client-facing
