Part Time Kitchen Assistant

Kitchen Assistant – The Company:
We are currently recruiting for a part time position based in Caterham, working 25 hours per week.

Kitchen Assistant – The Role:
– Assisting the Cook with all aspects to ensure smooth running of the area
– Assisting with preparation of ingredients
– Clearing away and ensuring a clean and tidy work area
– Assisting with additional aspects such as stock ordering when required
– Being aware of specific dietary requirements including allergies

Kitchen Assistant – The Candidate:
– Experience of working in a busy kitchen
– Knowledge of basic food hygiene.
– We’d especially like to hear from candidates who have experience working in a Nursery, School, Care home or some sort of social/child care setting.

All successful candidates will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS disclosure.

Hours are 2.30 to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. When the cook is on leave, hours would be to 8.30 to 13.30.
