Growing company based in the Gateshead area is seeking a Swedish speaking Customer Advisor to join its team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly successful organization.
The role involves working full time and will be offered on an initial 3 month contract. Hours will be from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday and offers a Salary: £26,000per year.
Candidates must be fluent in both Swedish and English.
Duties will include:
– Responding to customer calls and emails
– Processing customer information
– Offering advice and guidance
– Updating company systems and processing paperwork
Candidates should have some previous customer service experience and basic IT skills.
