Trainee or Graduate Recruitment Consultant

The Role
– Unique opportunity to recruit qualified nursing staff into care homes in the UK.
– You will be sourcing the best nursing professionals in the UK and placing them into roles which you and colleagues have on board with some of the world’s leading care establishments.
– The division has 7 people in it and is one of several growing division in the company.
– You will report into the head of the division who has a wealth of experience in Medical Recruitment Sales and is one of the longest serving members of staff.
– You will have the opportunity to develop your own geographical area and have client ownership of some fabulous care homes.
– You do not need to have any Recruitment experience but will be a competent sales professional with an intelligent and credible personality who possesses the gravitas to speak to people at all levels and convince them that your role is worth them considering.
– It is a sales role through and through, but full training and ongoing development is offered.
– The process of sourcing the candidate, interview preparation, feedback, offer management and counter offer reselling is a sales process you will be fully trained in. you will not be fazed by sustained periods of phone work and often cold selling to candidates.
– You will have a naturally competitive personality and be driven to succeed.

WORKING HOURS 11.30-20.30 Monday to Thursday, finish early Friday.
