M&E Design Manager

Salary: £240 – £279.6 per day

Building services design manager position with a dynamic, ambitious M&E Contractor in Lymm.

Role:

* Full responsibility for M&E design team and design function

* Report directly to the Managing Director

* Technical ownership of design output, management of design process and sub consultant management

* Management of a team of design engineers and Cad technicians

* Involved in tender management and bid process

Person:

* Strong technical mechanical building services background

* 10 years or more experience

* Ambitious character and good communicator

* Strong personality who can build on existing client relationships

* It would be advantageous to have some experience within a contracting organisation

Projects:

* Wide ranging schemes including education, commercial, food industry and pharmaceutical.

Company:

* Strong M&E contracting organisation with design, contracting and maintenance division

* Medium sized business who have strong clients including house hold name end users such as Coca Cola, Greggs and Boots.

* 3 offices nationwide well placed to support the UK as a whole.
