Our client is currently seeking an experienced Tenancy Services Team Leader to lead, manage, and monitor the service to customers, ensuring that they receive an excellent service, focussing on increasing customer satisfaction within service delivery, improving the organisations overall performance.

Working closely with team colleagues to ensure excellent customer service you will also manage the Visiting Officers CRM cases, diaries and appointments with customers ensuring that they are valid, compliant and meet the policies and procedures of the organisation.

As Team Leader you will also be responsible for providing one to one support to Visiting Officers ensuring daily contact and mobile working is utilised to the maximum. You will agree targets for productivity and performance for 121s in line with targets set from other teams. Other duties will include leading and motivating a diverse team of professional and technical staff.

The successful candidate will have strong people skills, be able to inspire, influence and enthuse staff, contractors and elected members. You will have evidence of professional development and evaluation of personal performance and a clear understanding of social housing. Understanding of good practice in income management, tenancy sustainment, tenancy management, lettings and estate services are essential along with knowledge of working effectively in a target driven operational environment.
