Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per year

Internal Recruiter: 6 Month contract: Brighton based with remote working available: Paying £30,000 – £36,000 (pro rata)

Morson are thrilled to be working with our global construction client to support them in their search for a strong, hands on Internal Recruiter to join their team on a 6-month contract basis. The Internal Recruiter will report into the Talent Acquisition Lead and will be responsible for proactively headhunting and sourcing talent for live roles within the Advisory team.

The Internal Recruiter will develop talent attraction and recruitment strategies to identify suitable candidates for their specialist area’s requirements, focusing primarily on passive candidates, generating interest with them and introducing them to the business. Further responsibilities include:

Developing and managing a pipeline of candidates for your specialist area
Networking with stakeholders and potential candidates (virtually for now), building and raising awareness of the company
Driving the employee referral scheme
Ensuring that a great candidate experience is offered at all stages of the process, with timely feedback and regular updates provided
Keeping abreast of future talent requirements and growing out your network accordingly
Ensuring that the ATS is accurate and kept up to date
Promoting and upholding the EDI planTo be successful in this role, previous recruitment experience is essential, ideally gained from within a busy, fast paced construction, civil engineering or commercial background. Due to increased demand and workload, there are around 200 hires to be made in the team in the next 4 months, so high volume recruitment experience is highly desirable, along with the below:

Previous experience of recruiting Project Managers, Commercial Managers, Cost Managers (QS), Planners and Project Controls
Strong direct resourcing skills
Solid experience of using LinkedIn recruiter
Ability to work at pace in a busy, dynamic environment
Highly proficient in using a diverse range of sourcing channels to identify and attract relevant candidates
An ambitious individual, able to work autonomously on your own initiative yet also collaboratively within the team.Due to the urgent nature of this requirement, only those who are available for an immediate/imminent start can be considered.
