Nights: Inbound Customer Service Advisor

We are welcoming applications for an Inbound Night Time Customer Service Advisor with a well established employer in the Portsmouth area. The hours are 4 nights on and 4 nights off, working from 7pm-7am.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service focused individual to work in an Inbound call centre. The role will include the following duties:

Working as part of a large team to provide excellent customer service
Dealing with, processing and updating customer enquiry’s
Liaising with site-based contracts to ensure jobs are closed off in a timely manner.
Setting customer’s expectations on facilities management issues
Maintaining a high level of accuracy and compliance
Providing clerical and administrative support to include email boxes, customer satisfaction surveys, meeting room booking reports and ad hoc requests as required.
