Salary: £26,000 per year

Warehouse Section Leader (Despatch)

Permanent Opportunity with immediate start

Hours: Mon-Thur 7AM-4PM, Fri 7AM-3PM

*Needs flexibility to rotate onto PM shift/weekend overtime should this be needed by the business*

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Section Leader to join a leading automotive manufacturer who value their employees and provide above market benefits!

Your Duties would include:

Managing the despatch team to achieve business needs and KPIS, including training and coaching

Supporting and promoting process standardisation, development and improvement activities

Work with sales team to ensure clients expectations are fulfilled

MRP: Manage all transactions to ensure on time deliveries to customer

Support the stores function as required including the annual stock take process

Queries: Support all queries to conclusion.

This role requires accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to problem solve and resolve discrepancies.

The following would also be beneficial:

• A strong understanding of MRP and a willingness to learn AX

• Strong PC skills especially excel

• Good/ demonstrated people management skills

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

• Willingness to support changes in hours/role as required by the business

• Fork lift licence
