This innovative global designer and manufacturer of commercial washroom fixtures and fittings is on a mission to elevate the humble restroom – the most utilised but often least considered space.

We are now looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Marketing Manager to join them on this journey, developing and pro-actively executing a first-class marketing plan for both local and international growth to support ambitious sales plans.

Duties will be varied and interesting in support of the key performance indicators for the role including MQLs, Website Visitors, Web Sales and Social Media engagement.

Marketing Manager – some of your responsibilities:

• Creating an annual marketing plan focused on quarterly sprints to ensure a steady supply of inbound leads for the sales team
• Review and improve current web and social assets
• Working with the Art Director to ensure consistency in brand messaging
• Work closely with the sales director on international marketing strategy
• Produce and present reports
• Taking ownership of the CRM at a marketing stage
• Social media management and posting
• Attending trade shows and industry events
• Content creation based on client feedback and interactions with the sales team

Marketing Manager- qualifications, skills and experience:

• Comprehensive experience in a Marketing Manager capacity
• Competent in google analytics and other digital platforms
• Hubspot experience is absolutely essential
• Ability to explain complex information in simple and straightforward terms
• Genuine passion for marketing and ability to build enthusiasm for a brand
• Creative flair
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
