Salary: £36,000 – £60,000 per year
A regional developer specialising in building retirement communities are looking to appoint Site Managers and Assistant Site Managers for various projects across Kent, Sussex and Surrey.
The company are one of the best known in their niche sector, and regularly win awards, including a five-star customer satisfaction rating from the HBF, and placing amongst the Sunday Times top 100 small companies to work for.
Projects are typically traditionally built, mixed-use developments comprising up to 50 units, and are almost entirely based across the southern home counties.
You must have a proven track record of building similar-sized residential schemes, and will ideally be living south of the Thames. You will need SMSTS and a strong understanding of CSH.
