Rail Resource Manager / Labour Manager – Derby – Highly competitive basic salary and package

Our clients Rail Safety Critical team are looking to appoint an experienced Delivery Manager/Resourcer

You will be responsible for managing a team of Resourcers to ensure delivery of labour staff in line with our clients expectations within the rail safety critical sector.

The appointed Delivery Manager / Labour Manager will work within our rail trades and labour division. You will build and maintain strong relationships with our clients ensuring their labour demand is met in the way of resource. You will ensure all contractors are fully compliant to work within the rail sector and maintain relationships with our contractors.

You will come from either a recruitment or rail background and hold excellent management and organisational skills. Ideally you will have experience supplying skilled contractors into the rail sector.
