Our Client is a very successful SAAS provider of smart innovative software solutions. Due to impressive client demand across Europe, they are now seeking an additional Fluent French speaking Account Manager /Director.

The Key responsibilities would include:
Grow accounts and manage client retention with French based clients
Develop relationships within assigned client targets and territories including full communications and status updates
Drive the campaigns and revenues
Participate in creating proposals and presenting to Clients
Presenting to Clients including key stakeholders
Provide technical /product support
Manage Client issues and problems to resolution, escalating as required
Assisted with Client training – Source opportunities for performance improvement and upsell
Manage client expectations and prioritises the workload

Skills & Experience

Degree from a reputable University /MBA
Technically strong, Savvy,bright
Excellent Communicator both verbal and written

Some experience gained within either: SAAS Account Management tech services, web analytics, Digital Agency,Ecommerce, Marketing background

Someone with energy, embraces modern technology, imaginative

Experience of working alongside Global /European Clients is desirable

Comfortable at Pitching, comfortable communicator someone who can plan and deliver

Fluent in English with – French
