Care Worker

Salary: £13.8 – £18 per hour

Kcare Nursing Agency is a leading care provider offering a wide range of domiciliary support services throughout Oxford, Berkshire, and Slough.

Following our success, and an increased workload, we are now looking towards growth and development, recruiting for reliable, committed Care Workers to join our enthusiastic and friendly team, to deliver domiciliary care to Service Users within their own homes.

What the position involves –

• Developing a good relationship with Service Users so that they maintain and improve, their independence
• Assist with daily living, such as personal hygiene including showering/bathing
• Help assist with meal preparation
• Assist with medication
• Assist with shopping
• Any other support required to help with daily living

What the successful candidate will have –

• Good oral and written communication 
• Good interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to develop their role as a Care Worker
• Trustworthy
• Reliable
• Access to your own transport would be an advantage, however, not essential
