Ashberry Recruitment are recruiting experienced support workers for both Children’s EBD services, Children’s Autism and Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and Leaving Care provisions.

We require candidates that have a proven track record in this sector and who are available over days/nights/weekends on a rota basis. In return, we can guarantee work on a flexible basis and give the opportunity to develop your career with some of the largest residential care providers in the UK.

Candidates will be supporting young people in residential care who have emotional and behavioural issues as well as those with Autism and or L/D. Candidates will be involved in various educational and outreach activities.

Candidates with NVQ (or equivalent) Level 3 in Children and Young People will have a distinct advantage. Due to the nature of the role, drivers with their own transport and business insurance are preferred.

We can also support candidates through continuous personal development with various training courses.

We can offer full and part time hours and also day and night shifts. We would also be very interested in hearing from candidates who are looking for weekend only work.

We offer competitive rates of pay, complying with Agency Worker Regulations.

Successful candidates will be required to undergo full safer employment checks including an enhanced DBS check. As soon as pre-employment checks and training are complete, immediate work is available.
