Customer Service Claims Call Centre

You’ll be looking after customers, working in a multichannel environment including phone, email letter and web chat. As a Customer Service call centre agent you will be required to build relationships with a portfolio of customers who are making a claim, it is your role to support the customer from their initial enquiry and identify those who are eligible for a claim through your fact-finding skills.

This is not the typical call centre role, this company place great emphasis on their customers and you’ll be responsible for looking after them. Most importantly, you will put yourself in your customer’s shoes, demonstrate a highly empathetic and supportive approach and have a successful track record of delivering superior customer service.

What you need:

* A Claims management / Personal Injury/ Complaint handling background is ideal – though not essential.
* Experience within a fast paced customer service call centre environment
* Good communication skills/Empathetic approach/ Effective listener
* Drive and enthusiasm
* Competent I.T. skills (experience of Microsoft Office applications)
* Team player with ability to shine as an individual
