Marketing Director (Skincare)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Director (Skincare) based in Central London to join a premium luxury skincare brand with multiple international offices who are rapidly growing and therefore is looking to strengthen their team.

You will help to grow the business. You will have a robust (ideally cosmetics) brand marketing background with specific experience in skincare or skin nutrition gain from the cosmetics industry, which is essential for this challenging role.

As a Marketing Director (Skincare) your duties will include:

• Development and implementation of the brand strategy.
• Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products.
• Overseeing implementation of the marketing strategy – including campaigns, events, digital marketing and PR.
• Identify new product trends and product portfolio opportunities.
• SWOT analysis.
• Work closely with R&D and design teams.
• Communicating with international relations.

An ideal Marketing Director (Skincare) will hold the following skills and experiences:
• Extensive marketing background.
• Strong experience in New Product Development ( NPD ) – Ideally in the cosmetic industry.
• Trend analysis.
• International exposure (marketing).
• Ability to solve complex problems.
• Track record of working on strategy and new initiatives.
• Excellent communicator & possess good relationship building skills.
• Track record of driving sales and growing brand awareness.
• CIM qualification desirable but not essential.

In return you will receive a salary of £66,000 – £78,000per annum.
