Title: PA to Sales and Marketing Directors

Location: Egham, Surrey

Salary: £30,000 – £33,600

We are currently looking for an experienced PA to join a Compliance specialist based in Egham. You will be required to manage the delivery of all secretarial, administrative and support requirements for the sales team. You will have excellent administrative skills and previous secretarial experience.

Responsibilities will include:

You will be required to manage all diary requirements and activities for the UK Sales and Marketing Directors, ensuring all supporting paperwork is provided. You will be responsible for arranging and communicating ad-hoc meetings whilst ensuring all required attendees are confirmed, you will also be required to attend and take responsibility for minute taking as required. You will be required to manage the accurate and timely collation of all key personnel records and information including salary/bonus information and appraisal documentation. You will be responsible for participating in the Executive PA team rota for general office duties including stationery, kitchen supplies, petty cash and distribution and sending of daily post.

The successful candidate must have excellent knowledge and experience of administrative and secretarial skills; you will have excellent organisational and problem solving skills. You will have an understanding of the importance of meeting deadlines with a flexible attitude towards working hours when needed. You will be able to work in a very busy environment and work well under pressure.
