Syntax Consultancy have various opportunities for part time Data Entry Clerks / Data Verification Analysts to be based in Leeds. The positions will consist of data verification and data entry. The successful candidate will complete 2 hour shifts at a time, and shifts are available 7 days a week on a rota basis. All candidates who are able to work anything between 2 and 20 hours per week will be considered, with various availabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

– Quality control – ensuring that computer generated data has been scanned across correctly.
– Making corrections to incorrect data.
– Data Entry
– Making sure all information in entered accurately and in a timely manor
– Reporting any errors in information
– Meeting deadlines

The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following qualities:

– Previous administration/data entry experience is advantageous but not essential
– Close attention to detail and target driven
– Capability of working under time constraints
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Confident and highly motivated individual
– Proficient process and technical skills
– Willingness to complete a shift at short notice, should any urgent shifts arise due to sickness etc.
– A full UK driving license and own vehicle would be advantageous to enable getting to site quickly.
– Reliable – Candidates must be reliable and able to work the shifts as agreed in advance.
– Good timekeeping – Candidates must also arrive in plenty of time prior to the start of a shift.
