Ideal candidate for the position of the Chef de Partie should have:

* Experience working within the Education catering sector, would be an advantage

* Presentation and communication skills

* Passionate, delivering quality food and service at a high standard

* Good knowledge of current food trends

* Able to set budgets and costings

* Menus planning
