Monday to Friday 40 hours & some Saturdays
The role will involve taking incoming phone calls from Customers and Financial Advisers. You will be dealing with a variety of different enquiries on accounts and products. Every interaction will be seen as an opportunity to acquire and retain assets. This is not a sales role but you will promote products.
Responsibilities
Taking Incoming phone calls
Demonstrate high levels of customer focus
Explain products and procedures
Recognise key signals from customers
Develop awareness of regulatory environment
Some outbound calling
Experience
Confident and enthusiastic phone manner
Customer Service experience
Ability to communicate over the phone
Ability to work well under pressure
Positive attitude
Previous Financial Services experience would be an advantage
Comfortable in a structured environment
Excellent attention to detail
Flexibility
